He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Earl and Ruth Mae VanBebber (Daugherty); his son Richard VanBebber, Jr.; and his siblings, Juanita Darenger, Billie Bollerjack, Nori Adams, Sookie Jeffries, Helen Mullis, Marie Welch, Carl VanBebber, Al VanBebber, Sr., Ralph VanBebber, Merle VanBebber, Melvin VanBebber, Marvin VanBebber and George VanBebber (Pete).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Fox of Quinter, Rhonda VanBebber of Russell and Charles VanBebber of Norton; and his brother Miles VanBebber of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
