He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Horner and Monnie Horner (Morgan); his brother Ryan; and his grandchildren, Teagan Jerby and Harrison Barnett.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Rockey; his children, Brandi Jerby (Dan) of Phillipsburg, Abby Barnett (Tod) of Brewster, KS, Mindy Lamont (Khil) of Phillipsburg and Cody Horner of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, David Horner (Lynn) of Phillipsburg and Linda Waters (Rick) of Stockton, KS.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tony Ray Horner Memorial.
