He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin "Bud" Lowe and Juanita Dalphine Richards; his sisters, Coletta Pitts and Lori Hamilton; and his son-in-law Rick McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cauthon; his children, Casey Stewart (Cameron) of Oswego, KS and Nathan Lowe (Danielle); his siblings, Arthur, Marc Lowe, Marilyn VanKirk and Dianne Neal; his grandchildren, Gabriella, Christian Stewart, Courtney Douglas, Michael, Clarissa Parker, Trenton Thomas, Jasmine, Reyhanna Pinckney, Devon Grosstephan, Kaleb, Jakob Lowe, Chris and Lorna Hutcheson; and his great grandchild Ada'Lynn Rose Mae Hutcheson.
