It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Feagins of Pittsburg, Kansas, who passed away on July 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Perry and Laura Lilly Feagins (Love); and his sisters, Alta Jane Norman and Betty Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Norma Feagins (Leonard) of Pittsburg, KS; his children, Wanda Ogle (Dale) of Fort Scott, KS, Margaret Spencer of Webb City, MO, Ruth Hawkins of Fort Scott, KS, Karen Bley (Randy), Randy Feagins of Garland, KS, Michelle Cunningham (Mike) of Leavenworth, KS and Michael Feagins (Kim) of Fort Scott, KS; and his siblings, L. D. Feagins (Cynthia) of Redfield, KS and Anna Tebbets of Fort Scott, KS. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 4 step children, 6 step grandchildren, and 5 step great-grandchildren.
