He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlie Todd and Frances Todd (Spencer); his spouse Sheldia Clayton; and his siblings, Doyle Todd, Dale Todd, Wendall Todd and Jean Burturm.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Morris (Frank) of Marionville, MO, Janet Rice (Charlie) of Pittsburg, KS and Christy Todd of Granby, MO; and his sister Janice Jefferies. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
