He was predeceased by: his parents, David Earl and Nora Frances Arbuckle (Rasnic); his children, Pamela Sue Arbuckle and Charles Eugene Arbuckle, Jr.; his siblings, Robert Earl Arbuckle and Betty Irene Swartz; and his half-sister Daveita Kay Findley.
He is survived by: his wife Leola May Swift; his daughter Cheryl Ann Shipman of Frontenac; his sister-in-law Alice Arbuckle of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Justin Michael Shipman (Sarah) and Michelle Ann Shipman (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Maddison Michelle Jones, Sophia Rosanne Bell, Cameron Michael Raider, Noah Michael Shipman and Isaac Raider.
The family suggests memorials to the College Education Fund for the great-grandchildren.
