He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee, Sr. and Cleo D. Claunch (Radford); and his stepfather Donald Claunch. He is survived by: his wife Carol Garrison Hosman; his brother Ron Garrison (Karen); and his cousin Diane Sailsbury of Pittsburg. He is also survived by niece and nephew; great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family suggests memorials be made to Shriners Transportation Fund and can be left in care of Brenner Mortuary.
