He was predeceased by: his father Albert Alonso; his wife Donna Jean Bower (Hoy); his children, Paula G. Atkinson, Pamela K. Jaeger and Douglas W. Beecham; and his siblings, Doris Gaston, Leroy Bower and Albert Alonso Bower Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Bower (Judy) of Carthage, MO, Marvin Bower (Leila) of Pittsburg, KS, Kim Weber (Richard) of Pittsburg and Lanna Birt (Bill) of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Carl Junction and/or Baptist Hill Assembly.
