He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dugan and Gladys Dugan (Harris); his siblings, Grover, Bobby Dugan and Mary Lou Ritter; and his grandson Alexander Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Dibble; his children, Jeannette Dugan of Las Vegas, NV, Daniel Dugan of Las Vegas, NV, Laura Snyderman (Keith) of Cedar Hill, MO, Philip Dugan of Centerton, AR, Latisha Potter (Steve) of Mindenmines, MO, David Dugan (Jackie) of Franklin, KS and Ryan Dugan (Jennifer) of Arcadia, KS; and his grandchildren, Kyle and Samantha Mayfield. He is also survived by Papa will be deeply missed by all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
