She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Brady and Frances Brady (Grizzle); her husband Michael Griggs; and her siblings, Kenneth Brady and Johnnie K. Oertle.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Griggs (Shawn) and Milissa Folk (Eric); her grandchildren, Amanda Caldwell (Ethan), Emily Bradford (Shane), Brandon Griggs (Julia), Carley Griggs (Dylan Cosgrove), Ambrose Griggs, Rachel Folk (Brandon Baker) and Lucas Griggs; and her great grandchildren, Elliott Caldwell and Willow Bradford. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.

The family suggests memorials to St. John Lutheran Church.
