He was predeceased by : his parents, Lonnie Shultz and Ruth Shultz of Pittsburg, KS.; and his brother Jerry Shultz. He is survived by : his sons, Jeremy Shultz (Kristyn) of Olathe, KS and Allen Shultz of Tampa, FL.; and his grandsons, Gavin and Beckham.
