He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Francis Wynne Masters, II (Frank) and Eleanor Cooper Masters (Jean); his wife Cindy Masters (Episcopal Church); and his brother Robert Randall Masters (Randy). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Anne Masters-Newton (Preston) of Edmond and Amy Marie Masters (Philip) of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Rex and Lila Newton; his sister Pam Masters Appenfeller (Greg) of Leawood, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Maggie Masters of Olathe, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Frank's name to St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Pittsburg, Kansas.
