She was predeceased by: her parents, Benne Pentola and Glenna Mae Dowty Pentola; and her granddaughter Jaylin Evans. She is survived by: her husband John Evans; her children, Jodi Scearce and Jared Evans; her grandchildren, Hunter Scearce, Averie Hinton, Tavin and Zain Evans; her siblings, Vince Pentola (Pat), Marsha Palmer (Bob) and David Pentola (Tonya); and her pets, Sophie and Trixie. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials be given to the Southeast Kansas Humane Society.
