She is survived by: her sons, Thomas M. Forehand of Joplin, MO and Steven E. Forehand of Pittsburg, KS; her grandchildren, Thomas W. Forehand (Kelly) of Brighton, CO and Sonni M. Potts (James) of Joplin, MO; and her great grandchildren, Ross, Roxie Forehand, Alex and Halle Potts.
