He is survived by: his wife Janet Mae Campbell; his daughter Terri Kutz (John) of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Jacob Wilson, Megan Susnik (Jason), Koy Kutz (Katie) and Loren Kutz; his great grandchildren, Liam Kutz, Nolan Susnik and Evie Susnik; and his pet Ellie.
