She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl VanCleave and Lula VanCleave (Martin); her husband Orville L. "Shu"; and her brother Jack VanCleave. She is survived by: her children, Jan Shoemaker-Clark of Pittsburg, KS and Michael Shoemaker (Mary) of Pittsburg, KS; and her grandchildren, Micheal "Missy" Myers Kurzrock, Chris Myers, Libby Main, Michael Alan Shoemaker, Lisa Shoemaker Boyd and Joseph Shoemaker. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
