He is survived by: his wife Wanda Porter (Oertle); his children, Jacquelynne (Porter), Powers (Mark), Carla (Porter), Verren (Mike) and Rodney Porter; his brother Lewis Porter (Carolyn) of Galena, KS; and his granddaughters, Alison Michelle Markus and Olivia Markus.
