He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin John and Ruth Sheldon (Sweeney); and his sons, Barry Mark and Jeffrey John. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sheldon; his son David Scott Sheldon (Melissa); his grandchildren, Samuel David Sheldon and Ruth Ann Schneider; his great grandchildren, Dominic Steffen and Hunter Coplan; his sister Connie Dunbar; and his daughter-in-law Paula Schneider. He is also survived by four nephews and 2 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, if one so desires, a donation may be made to Faith Lutheran Church's Building Fund or to Women of Faith (Apache Mission).
