He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Wilford and Julia Faye Scales (McColm); and his siblings, Maurice Glen Scales, Donald Earl Scales and Judy Scales.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Bournonville; and his sons, Danny Scales (Rhonda) of Pittsburg, Dennis Scales (Jenette) of St. Croix and Mark Scales (Shandi) of Pittsburg. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
