She was predeceased by: her father Paul Parker; and her son William Miller. She is survived by: her mother Grace Parker-Powell (Bill); her children, Elizabeth Starr Miller, Grace Tucker (Brandon), Faith Helmerich (David) and John Miller; her grandchildren, Gage Miller, Claire Tucker and William Tucker; and her brother Patrick Parker (Kathy).

Instead she asked that friends and loved ones donate to the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas.
