He is survived by: his spouse Jamie Sue Chapman; his children, Chadd RayLee Sponsel and Chelsea Lorraine Young; his grandchildren, Isabella Sponsel, Gabriella Sponsel and Chevy Sponsel; his brothers, Jeff Sponsel (Becky) and Neil Sponsel (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Jamesina Payton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
