He was predeceased by: his daughter Isabella Grace Horn; his grandparents, Glenda Kaye Wingate and Dale Wingate; and his uncle Kevin Wingate. He is survived by: his parents, James Jr. Horn and Deana Horn; his children, Bryson, Joshua Horn and Natalie Horn (April Kee) of Pittsburg, KS; his grandchildren, Taylor and Lennox; his siblings, Jimmy Horn (Jordan Lindsey) of Sharon, KS and Toma Horn (Shane Fortune) of Medicine Lodge, KS; his grandparents, James Sr., Elaine Horn of Salina, KS, Oren, LaDonna Blakely of Larned, KS and Kay Steckman of Medicine Lodge, KS; and his nephew Texler Fortune. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
