He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Mary Coulter, Harold and Dixie Dodson; and his nephew Dennis Hensley.
He is survived by: his parents, Randy Coulter and Brenda Coulter of Pittsburg; and his sisters, Charity Goff (Jon) of Girard and Roselina Hensley (Dennis) of Arma, Kansas. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
