He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Smith of Pittsburg, Kansas; his children, Mary Rolf of Nixa, Brandie Nading of Carl Junction, Randy Bogle of Clearwater and Faith Smith of Pittsburg, Kansas; his grandchildren, Preston Bogle, Trenton Nading, Clayton Nading, Dalton Nading, Sabashton Bogle, Brooklynn Rolf and Scarlett Rolf; and his sisters, Debbie Cornell of Oronogo, Cathy Hailey (Steve) of Webb City and Cheri Sampson (Jeff) of Alba, Missouri.
