She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Peterson and Mary Peterson (Slomkoski); her husband LeRoy Charters; her brother Dennis; her son Timothy; and her friends, Loran Shultz and Donna Rech.
She is survived by: her children, Marybeth Grimes (Paul) and Patrick Charters (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Jacob Wilson, Lucas Charters (Rachel), Beth Harp (Jason), Adam Charters, Maryroze Grimes and Spalding Grimes. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
