He is survived by: his children, Stan Forrest of Pittsburg, KS and Sheila Forrest of Carl Junction, MO; his grandchildren, Mariah Forrest (Julian Smith) of Concordia, KS and Bryce Forrest of Carl Junction, MO; his great grandchildren, Anniston and Aliyrah; and his brother Bobbie Forrest of Farlington, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
