He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. Windsor and Carolyn Windsor (Herbinger); and his brothers, Howard "Manuel" Windsor and Ron C. Windsor. He is survived by: his wife Pam Wilson; his sons, Curtis Windsor (Christie) of Girard, Chris Windsor (Alishia) of Pittsburg and Cyle Windsor of Pittsburg; his siblings, Murvel Windsor of Pittsburg, Dwayne Windsor (Loreta) of Pittsburg and Connie C. Kratz of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Landon, Hayden, Cash, Chase, Cayne, Chance, Lincoln and Lynzi.
The family suggests memorials be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
