He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Winfrey and Alice Louise Winfrey (Shuman); and his siblings, Darrell, Larry Winfrey and Joy Brackey.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Sevena Koehn (Kenny) of Dodge City and Melissa Archilla (Raf) of Billings, Montana; his siblings, Gordon Winfrey (Eldeana) of Plains and Carol Palmer of Dodge City; and his grandchildren, Isabel and Mark Archilla. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would welcome memorials to the Good Samaritan Society in care of the funeral home.
