He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Boller and Leona Boller (Bair); his girlfriend Peggy Piper; his stepfather Lester Kenney; his former wife Susie Boller; his close friend Peggy Piper; his grandson Devon Mick; his siblings, Bruce Boller, Larry Kenney and Jeanette Plante; his stepbrother Gary Lee Kenney; and his nephew Mike Boller.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Graham); his daughters, Wendy Houser (Matthew) of Battle Ground and Kelly Hrabe (Jay) of Plainville, Kansas; his brother Dale Kenney (Cathy) of WaKeeney; and his great grandchildren, Bentley and Staley Mick. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
