She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seaburn and Sarah Elizabeth Clark (O'Neil); her husband Bud; her son Michael Homer Schoeller; and her sisters, Shirley Patricia Iman and Jimmie Eugenia Carswell.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Karla Schoeller of Halstead, KS; her grandchildren, Phillip, Valery and Sarah; and her stepchildren, Sharon Inks, Karol Shaw and David Kennedy. She is also survived by step-grandchildren; a niece and nephews; her "bonus" family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home (320 2nd St SW, Plainville, KS 67663). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family kindly asks that you consider volunteering your time to work with children or spreading kindness to friends and neighbors with homemade baked goods, as Lucy often did and would have continued to do.
