He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren "Sam" Waggoner and Glenadine Waggoner (Wells); and his brother-in-law Bill Becker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Becker of Plainville; his sons, Brett Waggoner (Sara), Blake Waggoner (Mindy Workman) of Plainville and Brian Waggoner (Jennifer) of Pace, Florida; and his siblings, Mike Waggoner (Sharon) of Hays, Steve Waggoner of Wichita and Kim Knouf (Curtis Patterson) of Plainville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
