She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Burchett and Freida Barg Burchett; and her husband William Gilbert. She is survived by : her children, William Gilbert III (Penny), Michelle Pankau (Royce), Jennifer Grindle (Jeff) and Chandis Kee (Joel). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

The family suggests contributions to Haiti Health Ministries and may be sent in care of Schneider Funeral Home P.O. Box 525 Pleasanton, Kansas 66075.
