J.; his daughter Shelly Dimitrijevic; his grandson Sebastiano Malvezzi; his sister Terri Moore; and his stepchildren, Rene Hetzer, Kimberly Campbell, John Hogue and Lucas Campbell. He is also survived by six step grandchildren.
