He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin D. Driver and Betty Jean Leslie Driver; and his brother Robert Gene Driver. He is survived by: his son John Driver Jr. (Angela); his adoptive son Mikey; his daughter Jamie Lynn Tinberg; and his siblings, Kathy Morgan (Terry), Mishell Stevenson, Ben D. Driver (Gayle), Michael L. Driver, Gregory Allen Driver and Patrick Brian Driver. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
