She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Jennings and Elva Jackson Jennings; her husband Jerald Simons; her grandchildren, Megan and Brant; and her brothers, Jack and Gary Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kennedy Beckman (Rande), Jimmy Dale Simons (Linda), David Simons and Marc Simons (Cinda); and her sisters-in-law, Geneva Jennings and Pat Jennings. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schneider Funeral Home (319 W Chestnut St, Mound City, KS 66056). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Curry Cemetery (12760 KS-52, Mound City, KS 66056).
