He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Margaret Masterson and Irvin Qualizza; and his sister Mary Ellen Cochran. He is survived by : his wife Kelly Scott; his siblings, Stephen Qualizza (Jacquelyn), Patricia Qualizza Sherbert, Suzette Scholtes, Jeanette Hardesty (Guy), Amelia Fox (Thomas) and Peter Qualizza; and his nieces and nephews, Emily Smith (Kevin), Tony Sherbert (Jessica), Justin Scholtes (Lauren), Elizabeth Schnackenberg (Thomas), Byron White (Stephanie) and Crystal White-Lara (Matthew). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
