He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar McCulley and Clara Culbertson McCulley; his son Daniel; and his brothers, Ray and Roy McCulley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bradley; his children, Michael McCulley and Ginger Neal-Cox; and his sisters, Kay Phillipson and Fay Benbrook. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
