He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert E. Lowe and Thelma Cheever Lowe; and his brothers, Ronald and Donald Lowe. He is survived by : his wife Lena Hines; his sons, Doug Lowe and Tom Lowe (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Garrett, Hayden and Alex Lowe.
