He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Lester and Viola Mabel Griffin (Baker); his son-in-law Charles Mendenhall III; and his brother Dale Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Deboraha Griffin of Hutchinson, KS; his children, Chris Griffin of Abbeyville, KS, Amber Mendenhall of Plevna, KS and Tammy Togersen (Joe) of Lorraine, KS; and his grandchildren, Kari, Sara, Adrianne, Nichole, Jacob, Kelly, Charles IV and Cadence. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
