It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rose Holcomb of Plevna, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 97, on October 11, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Bridgeman and Edith Bridgeman (Ehling); her siblings, Charlyne Wilt (Warren), Marjory Garrett (Reed) and Duane Bridgeman; and her brothers-in-law, Gordon Groth, Clifford "Pinky" Busick and Ronald Haag.
She is survived by: her sons, Kent Holcomb (Virginia) of Derby, Mark Holcomb (Karla) of Chicago, Gregg Holcomb (Gail) of Plevna and Kyle Holcomb (Wendy) of Atlanta; her sisters, Milbry Haag and Connie Busick Depew (Bill); and her sister-in-law Helen Bridgeman. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Plevna Community Bible Church (110 W 3rd Ave, Plevna, KS 67568).
In lieu of flowers and in accordance with Rose's desire, memorials are suggested to Plevna Community Bible Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
