He is survived by: his son Ryan (Shannon) of Clearwater; his stepson Shane Frasier (Hannah) of Wichita; his son Lance (Annie) of Portis; his grandchildren, Waylan and Newlee; and his sisters, Bonnie Mosher of Wichita and Debbie Thompson of Wichita. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
