It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Watson Peterson of Potwin, Kansas, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Lorene Watson; his wife Darlene Ann Biles; his parent Lorene McCaleb; and his grandparents, Clarence and Lida Watson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Machelle Good and Lori Brown (Kent) of Wichita; his sister Pam Spines (Steve) of Dana Point, California; his grandchildren, Kelsey Baker (Brandon) of Wichita, Abby Clopton (Austin) of Plainville, Courtney Scherzer (Nate) of Prairie Village, Rob Lippold (Krysta) of Leawood and Ben Lippold (Emily) of Wichita; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Camden Baker and Rocco Lippold.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Downing & Lahey East Mortuary (6555 E Central Ave, Wichita, KS 67206).
