He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Hull and Robert A. Hull; and his brother Ken. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Scott, Brent (Krissy) and Virginia (Scott Freeland); his grandchildren, Tucker, Annabelle, Sara Lynn Freeland, Jackson, Gigi, Harriette, Jameson and Elena Hull; and his great grandchildren, Campbell Claire and Westley Hull.
His contributions to medicine were vast; he served as the President of the National Kidney Foundation and was a dedicated mentor to countless young doctors who credit him for their professional growth.
