He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Pack and Joy Pack of Leawood; Thomas S. Tewell of Louisville. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Holley Pack; his children, Hayden Aston Pack and Harper Christine Pack; and his birth mother Sandy Hedges Maxwell. He is also survived by 2 half sisters and 2 half brothers, and a huge extended family, as well as many beloved friends.
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Anthony Lowell Pack, age 65, after a 7 year difficult journey with Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinsonism and Alzheimer's.
