She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Semkin; her parents, Don O'Hara and Ruth Mary O'Hara; her brother Dennis O'Hara; her uncle J. C.; and her aunt Fran Burnley.
She is survived by: her children, Todd (Mary Ann) and Amy Zimmerman (Grant Pendergraft); and her brother Terry O'Hara (Ann). She is also survived by grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton Church of the Nazarene or the Clinton Animal Shelter/Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor (C.A.R.E.).
