He is survived by: his wife Janell Moore; his sons, David Lee Moore and D. S.; his daughters-in-law, Stephanie and Christen Moore; his grandchildren, Jack, Katie and Eli Moore; his niece SarahLee Gossett-Parrish; his great-niece Caroline Stanley (Lane Stanley); Charlotte Stanley.

He believed that charity started at home, and that family and faith were at the center of all lives well lived.
