She was predeceased by: her father James Frederick Wornall; and her stepmother Ilah "Ruthie" Wornall (Davis). She is survived by: her mother Susan Wornall (Kuder); her stepfather Alan Krueger; and her siblings, Desiree Wornall, James Wornall Jr., John B. Wornall V and Paul Krueger. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Friends of Johnson County Developmental Supports and the Kansas City Hospice Foundation.
