We announce the death of Fredric Allen Knuth of Prairie Village, Kansas, born in Atwood, Kansas, who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 71. Fredric will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Chris Knuth; his parents, Kenneth Knuth and Lee Knuth; his children, Lisa Heitz (Matt), Kevin Knuth and Ryan Knuth (Caitlin); his sisters, Lynne Shanks, Becky Bruening (Kirk) and Lisa Kelley; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Grace, Luke, Holland and Braeden. He was also cherished by his loving In-Laws, nieces and nephews; as well as a wide circle of friends.
Whether at a neighborhood gathering, a charity event, or a casual outing, he went above and beyond to ensure that everyone around him felt comfortable and valued.
