We bid farewell to Helen E. Grimes (Prairie Village, Kansas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 25, 2025 at the age of 98. Helen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. "Bob" Grimes; her son Mark A. Grimes; her grandson Mark L. Grimes; her sister Wilma Berks (Calvin); and her parents, William James and Helen Margaret Calvin (Goodbrake).
She is survived by: her children, Lynne and Robert Grimes (Amy); her grandchildren, Brian (Erin), Erika, Mack and Jacob Grimes; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Raylee, Peighton Grimes, Mason and Andrew Miles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Johnson County Young Matrons (JCYM), KidsTLC, the Lakeview Village Foundation, or the Sagamore Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
