We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2022, at the age of 74, Jack E. Booth Jr. (Prairie Village, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack E. Booth and Ruth A. Booth (Mahurin); his grandson Orion Booth; his sister Marcie Haws; his niece Liberty Bonney; and his brother-in-law Fereidoun Shokouhi.

He is survived by : his wife Jody Bay; his children, Michelle Casey (Vance) and Joshua Booth; his siblings, Ellen Bonney (George), Shirley Shokouhi and Miles Booth; and his brother-in-law Doyal Haws. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
